Accessibility information
Glendale is a traditional Victorian property, and the age and design of the building may make access difficult for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility requirements.
Entrance and bedrooms
There are five stone steps in total leading from the pavement to the main entrance, with no handrail. All guest bedrooms are on the first or second floor and are reached by stairs; there is no lift. The property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Inside Glendale
The staircase has a handrail on one side. The dining room is on the ground floor and has level access from the entrance hallway. We are happy to assist with luggage when possible.
Information and individual needs
Large-print information can be provided on request. Please tell us about mobility, sight, hearing or evacuation needs before arrival so we can discuss whether the accommodation is suitable.
Parking and arrival
On-street parking is available nearby, subject to restrictions and availability. Drovers Lane public car park is also close to the guesthouse. See our parking page for further information.
